Post reviews. Not all providers will bother providing a reference but most TNA lady's you eventually want to see will be comfortable after seeing you're legit. It's also a likely chance you'll review them which is an enticement on its own for the free advertising for them aspect.

See girls. Contact providers and make appointments. A lot of them in my experience don't ask for any references and if they do just be honest and tell them that you're just working on getting them. Some will ask where you saw their ad. When you see them, tell them you'll give them a good review and ask them to refer you.
