Seen many building sites for new apts around Southside, town-center and blanding. Providers are getting extra customers from these temp construction workers.

These will end soon and new apts will have hard time looking for tenants.

With the already existing Military industries and insane housing market bubble around JAX, the housing bubble will burst once they finish building these new apts.

Some smart providers do try to hold on to good long term customers. The stupid ones are charging insane high rates thinking they will get out of this service sector tomorrow. As informed customers, we do not need to see the stupid ones because we know it is the same no matter what you pay, 100 or 1000.

TRUTH. Providers hate sex and love money. Money is the only motivation why they are having sex with strangers multiple times a day.

LOL thanks for the well wishes. I'll be sure to let you know if I find one. It's so fucking difficult to find someone and anyone who even remotely fits this bill.
