I came back. Haven't seen LE but about 20 min later, LE drove in that alley again. I decided to bail and try the new place, TOFTT. This place was right above Passion Spa. The thing is, it's not illegal to go to a MP. It's illegal to sell sex, and it's illegal to offer to buy sex. If you went into a place and said you were just there for a massage you would be legally in the clear. If they were running a sting they would try to bait you or otherwise somehow get you to offer money for a sexual service. If they don't have evidence of you saying "I'd like a blowjob, how about $60" then they have nothing. It's not unheard of for LE to take over an AMP, essentially run it for a few days, and mic up the rooms to get recordings of johns soliciting, but it's not an easy proposition. The girls would either have to be undercover police officers (and how many cops look like AMP girls?) or they would have to strike a deal with the girls to allow themselves to be mic'd up to catch customers maybe in exchange for immunity from being prosecuted.
