There has never been a time when I couldn't copy a pic from a website. The Windows snipping tool on a PC will copy anything that is on the screen. Even if it is part of a slide show you still have enough time to capture the image.

Then theirs always the way of taking a screenshot of an image.

This is not possible. Perhaps you can have a solution that exceeds their technical abilities, but the root premise is absurd.
