There has never been a time when I couldn't copy a pic from a website. The Windows snipping tool on a PC will copy anything that is on the screen. Even if it is part of a slide show you still have enough time to capture the image.

Locking out the ability to directly save a picture from a website is a thing, but picking your phone up to take a picture of a computer screen, or taking a screenshot with said phone if on mobile defeats that feature 100% of the time.
