I've gotten HJ from legit Thai but it's extremely rare, and if you go into a legit place looking for it you're likely to get yourself in trouble. And even when you do it won't be more than a HJ, which is fine with me. There's a place in Hollywood, Joy Thai. I haven't been there in a good 10 years but they have actual Thai girls and give HJ at the end of the service, or at least they used to. I've heard random scattered reports of some of the legit places in OC giving HJ, but it's only certain providers and you have to become a regular first. So yeah it can be had but it takes a lot of effort to find not only a place, but a specific provider in the place, and even then you may not get it. So I've experienced Haven in Santa Ana and it was nice (I saw Ramona), but wish she would shower with me.

I've heard about Palms (in Orange) and Havana (in Downey).
