So my question. What's this whole thing about. Is it legit agency behavior or was I being set up for robbery? Even if latter, they didn't need to see the notes, if I had gone ahead with the booking, wouldn't I have the cash anyway? What do you folks think?

I take it that this is for an outcall? I rarely do outcalls. But, it seems like proof that you have the cash. Where, other providers require a deposit. I assume that Mongers rip off the girls saying they have 3 bills and when they show up, they only have 150, a take it or leave it game? I still can't believed alot of guys are paying for OF. The more they keep supporting OF then the less we will see girls advertise for escorting.

Reason? The vast majority of these SW's, escorts are basically poor, and paid sporadically, and when paid use the money for bad reasons. And immediately. There is and will never be savings.
