66% of reported on statistics that are easily manipulated. If this "pandemic" hasn't shown anyone anything is that people can manipulate statistics to get whatever outcome that they want to achieve. Take a basic statistics course and you'll find this thing called "outliers" and through the data taken in, the person can take said data and manipulate it through outliers. Chihuahua's are far more vicious and dangerous than a pit bull is.
