There is no significant risk at all for any of those STDs from a bareback blowjob. Oral transmission is very rare for any of these. This is why most STD experts say oral sex is safe sex.

Nothing wrong with getting tested once a month or once a year for peace of mind as a sexually active person with SW or not. But medically speaking there is 0 reason really to get tested if you are not showing symptoms.

No, its not dangerous at all. BBBJ is one of the safest activities you can do with a SW. Literally little to no danger. The only std I'd say there is a realistic chance of contracting is something like the herp. But the SW would have to be contagious during an outbreak with visible lesions on their mouth that make direct contact with your Peen.
