Her pics are old so I call them fake. Her pics are at least 10-20 years old IMHO. She is friendly but stern. 150 for HJ and not sure if she allows roaming OTC or UTC. I didn't ask. Generally the first time I have an appt with someone I just do a normal HE to get a gauge for how interactive they are and where they price things. If I'm happy after the first time I'll repeat and ask if they do more. Sorry to not be of help.
