I have been successful in the current climate holding my ground. I have a couple regulars that I take care of a little more to keep them off the sites and their body count low. The rest I offer up to $300 (max) and if they don't meet my standards after a few dates (not a psycho, or a leech, or inconsistent, or look like 10 miles of bad road) then I cut bait. They key is screening. Make them talk to you and feel them out before you meet. There are probably many ways to do it but this is definitely one of the best optoins. I have done something similar to build up a semi private reserve which worked out well during the pandemic especially before the vaccine was widely avaiable.
