Few years ago, K-Girl scene used to be 50% good, 20% very good and 10% exceptional and 20% bad. K-Girl scene these days is 80% short MILF, 15% Average and 5% good. The days of exceptional and very good are completely gone.

Yeah, the average k-girl is less desirable than we had in the past. I virtually stopped TOFTT'ing due to getting burned more and more, losing all trust in the bookers' recommendations. At the moment PKL probably has the best lineup (IMO) but that will likely change and another org will rise to the top.
