Never seen Chloe but I have seen Cici twice and yes she is fun. Nice and petite. Provides all the above in regard to service. I think bubba went to this place once, but I could be wrong. This is a free standing building on the west side of the 24st. And just a south of Osborn. Narcelepsy took over as I entered the parking lot asleep at the wheel. I dreamt I went in. Short and I mean short little older lady with a blondish hair and a hippy vibe. She is cute but older.
