It seems to me if you can find it in the public domain I. E. Public records in this case, I would think that link or information would be shareable in the forum?

But that automatically reveals names, personal telephone numbers, addresses, and "arrest or incarceration reports". Not cool in general, in my opinion, and very clearly spelled out at the top of every post window (at least on my screen). I'm not trying to stir s**t, but that is my take on what I see as posting guidelines.
