I don't her back from her until the following Monday where she tells me she was out of town, got sick going to the doctor, and was now back in town. Again, willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, I let her know I couldn't meet up that night but on a different night. I asked her if she was 100%. I've heard nothing back from her except that one text.

I'm willing to accept that she was / maybe sick. Yet in all of this time she couldn't be bothered to say so? No replies, just silence. I don't want to presume on someone I've had a good relationship with for over a year with no issues but at this point it feels like I got taken for a ride for 200 when I've spent well more than that on her.

Nothing crazy about this. Just sounds like demons. Play it cool and there is a 50/50 shot she will remember and your next visit is free. Show up without the cash and her not remember is when the batshit craziness will happen.
