You took a visit by 3 Waltham Officials to WeiWei's Shop to question her Licenses and you turned it into a Raid. They are 2 completely different Things. You obviously agreed at first It was a Visut for a Licensing violation, then you changed it to a Raid. Nonetheless, They were there to confront her about not having a License to run her Shop.

How exactly do I know? Easy answer, a monger was there when the Officials Visited. Yes. A Monger was in the 2nd Room waiting for the Desk Girl or WeiWei to walk in to start his Massage when the Officials walked in. He heard the words "Do you have a License?" and decided to sit in the Chair and wait it out. After at least 5 minutes the Monger was asked to come out of the room. 3 Individuals in the Lobby, 2 Detectives (Assumed because of Plain Clothes) and a Board of Health Representative. After a few Questions, the Monger was told to leave because "They don't have a License". The Detective told the Girl (Desk Girl) to return the Monger's House Fee, and the Monger was on his way. The Monger was Lucky that it happened right at the beginning of his session.

Seems pretty easy and understandable to me. The Shop can't operate until they get the License Issue resolved, not an uncommon occurrence. The Shop had been operating for at least 2 months, according to another Monger who PMed me. I just found it odd that it happened so quick after your post and then JGC started calling you a Rat. As far as the Shop, don't know whether they'll resolve the License Issue or move on to somewhere else.

Texted Today, and received a Reply that the Shop is open. Obviously, the License issue is resolved, or they decided to take another chance. Hopefully it is resolved correctly, so there are no other incidents. Nice Location, Quite Building! Only negative is Bathroom is a shared one in the Hallway.

And now we come to the last mystery of the whole incident, What triggered the Town officials to Visit WeiWei's Shop and confront her about not having a License to run her Shop? The Shop is very LowKey in the Building, no Signage Whatsoever, on the End of a Corridor. A Perfect location inside the Building. It's highly unlikely another Tenant called the Town to Complain, most likely it would be someone that knew She didn't have a License. Normally when someone "Drops a Dime" or "Rats Out" an AMP it's a Competitor or an Angry Monger wanting to create Misery for the Shop Owner. I doubt very Much the Town Officals stumbled upon it. Her Competitor probabaly didn't even know the Shop was there because it was only operating for 2 months. Most Likely it was an Angry Monger who Ratted WeiWei out. Someone who knew the Shop was unlicensed.
