So With that I would rank the following (now this is circa early-mid 2000's when I was most active):

7. Columbia. Danger, Hot Women, Sex, dancing. Columbia, Not sure what its like today since my last trip was in 07, but back in the day you would rent a pool with a house and have a few guys to travel with for some safety.
