Long time lurker here. I was so annoyed by my exchange with Kyla that I wanted to sign up and inform everyone. I texted her after a number of years not seeing her. I've seen her a few times in the past and passed her verification by remembering specific details about what we talked about and stuff she did. She remembered me and even commented about how super specific my memory was so she knew for sure she had a good customer. She managed to text once or twice a day many hours apart.
