I have had this specific difficulty with this specific service at some specific hotels. I'd recommend, once you get a reservation from the website, contacting the hotel independently to verify. I've tried several Dayuse.com spots.

*. Marriott by the airport. Check in / out was fine, but parking a hassle.

* Couple of different Hyatt Place locations were great.

I've tried the early checkin like 10 or 11 AM with mixed results. They usually say checkin is like 3, but many will find you a room. Some just flat out say they can't do it. Book thru like a booking.com and get the same day cancellation like up til 4, and never prepay. If they can't accommodate early checkin, you can just cancel. It can really screw up your plans tho.
