Before you cruise over to the spa with your red envelope it would be best to make sure that your favorite MT is even working this week. Lunar New Year (Chinese New Year) is their biggest holiday. WeChat over the past few years has gone down the toilet. I won't get into all of the reasons, but most of the women I know have turned the function off and don't use it anymore due to safety concerns. RM lists the place as closed and a lot of the comments on reviews are saying there's nothing there / no one answering the phone.
