Under Georgia Code 51-1-29 you still can face criminal repercussions but not civil. You try to help an OD'd hooker and she dies you can't be sued in a civil court for anything you've done even if MD or paramedic which is who the law was written for. But he could've gotten arrested for solicitation. If they found drugs or weapons in room they can charge him for those too. If the chick died from OD they can charge him with murder. Show him on video coming up to a hookers room, then 10 minutes later she's dead from overdose. Charges might be later dropped or might not stick but would cost you tens of thousands of dollars and your mugshot and arrest report will be all over internets. If some dickhead sheriff or DA was in an election year they might choose to prosecute you to the fullest extent.

If you're not a MD or paramedic what you going to do to help her? You white knights running dude down and internet tough guys talking about blowing his balls off are fools. Hope you get stuck in same situation and see if you hang around for the police to detain and question. Mongering is criminal behavior. You are a criminal and take risks of something like this, or worse, happening every time you go for a visit. You call 911 they're going to know it's you. Go tell the front desk about OD'd hooker, cameras will have your face, vehicle and license number. You're in a very bad situation that can get worse real fast. If you want to be that guy, stay and hold the hooker in your arms waiting for the police. I'm sure everything will be fine.

I am all for personal choice. I do not think I could leave a gal unconscious in the toilet. However, I totally understand that it was SHE that made a choice to do the drugs and if a persons personal choice is important, then the choice of someone else to not get caught up in it is not somehow lessor!

But when I saw her passed out I asked if she was ok while knocking on the door to see if it will wake her but she was gone and after I looked at her stomach to she was breathing and her face to see she wasn't foaming out the mouth I was gone too. I was hoping she wasn't going to die because I didn't wipe my prints off the stuff I touched and I'm sure the cameras saw me entering and leaving her room on top of the fact that I ran to my car to make things look even more suspicious. I turned off my phone for a while but when I turned it back on I saw a missed call from her about 25 minutes after I left. I saw the signs of her possibly going down hill from our first meet but I thought it would be at least a few months before that happened and I was going to see her as much as I could within that time but the fear of this girl overdosing while I'm there is a risk I'm not willing to take. You guys can try your luck but this is just a heads up.
