I have observed the same thing on several ocaisions. Last week I arrived 10 minutes early (For anyone new to this it is always a good practice to scope it out before you head in) but didn't see anyone come out of her room I did see someone standinfpg outside by a car near her room but he was let into another room after a few minutes.
