I've found ppm allowance generally gets tied to how hot the girl is rather than skin color or ethnicity.

I generally don't message black SBs but those that I have are almost always in the same range as white Latina or Asian SBs. More of a supply and demand issue than anything. Gents. Lots of talk about good looks, but my experience has been that it's more important to be Height Weight Proportionate. Women's taste in the appearance of men I've found varies significantly. Obviously if you look like Brad Pitt, than that's one thing and if you have a lazy eye and cleft palette it's entirely another.

For newer guys, who DGAF, and want profiles of girls messaging you about how handsome you are, all you have to do is change your profile settings to list as one of the higher income categories. Ladies use that search filter like we use body size and age.

When I started out, I played with different profile settings. I'm relatively certain that if you are HWP in your pics, put yourself down as single, and identify in one of the upper income bands, you'll start receiving lots of messages from SB profiles all around the country and world telling you how sexy you look and how they want to jump your bones. You'll also have to weed out a lot more scammers and bot accounts.
