I think it has more to do with the area being one of the safer parts of the city. Also, the area is more well-off than a lot of other parts of the city, ie $$. I don't think MMS / PPS is doing market research on mongers in this fine city, haha. But, common sense says the area is probably better to operate in compared to some other areas. If you build it, they will come.

Met her through SA, went for coffee in the spring. The girl in the SA photo is real. Tiny, looked fit, but English wasn't great. Located on the north side of the city in a decent neighborhood. She was asking for $500 per meet so I never reconnected.
