Has she actually scammed you? My fairly extensive experience with Prudence would say otherwise. Yes, she can be flaky with reliability and timing, and yes she has in the past (year ago) come up with a story asking for help getting out of jail, which I think was from her bf, but she's never scammed. Make P411 account. Most if not all agencies take it and many independents do too. Would save you a lot of hustle + you'd be sharing your personal info with one place across the border instead of multiple domestic places. That's how I got to see their lot.
