My analogy is this: I usually make my own marinara sauce. It's good stuff (my "secret" is that I render pork fat in olive oil at low heat for a bit before sauting onions & garlic, etc, which adds a big umami kick to the sauce), so there's no reason to ever buy it off the shelf. But I do, because sometimes it's just handy to have a jar of Rao's or whatever in the pantry. If I see Rao's marinara sauce at Publix on one of their BOGO deals, I snap up a few jars. Cheap, easy, convenient. Same philosophy applies to pussy .
