So I took one for the team today. I contacted the provider. I'm going to make this a quick review with all the Red Flags Below.

Red Flag #1 Gave me the wrong Address for the first 30 minutes of communication through Text message. The House number she gave me didn't exist in fact the house number was an Intersection / crosswalk!
