Yeah, I've gotten road blocked with the qv rules before, nothing you can really do at that point. I just annoying, I like CG and try to get it every date but it would be pretty silly to ask EVERY provider if she doesn't get on top. I assume you're talking about her (link below), if so there was a time she was a good provider. The attitude and the candy have gotten worse over time.
