Big difference between a sex worker who is American and the Asian women (mostly non-US residents) who are working at these agencies. I never heard of a sex worker from Japan trying to get pay day from a paternity suit from a customer in the US. Same goes for a Korean, Chinese, Thai, etc. And US federal immigration laws did not decriminalize foreigners traveling to the US to engage in prostitution.

What would the girl say in court, she was working as an escort (likely here in the US on a tourist visa), illegally accepted payment for sex, and got knocked up?
