That one really makes my spidey senses go up. Can't point to anything concrete, but it just looks like its the same "style" as some of the sting ads.

I think sting ads are incall, that way they can have cameras set up and back-up on the scene. Stings try to get a bunch of mongers, not just you. The ad doesn't mention any activities at all. I'd be very surprised to learn it's a sting.
