Seattle cannot legalize prostitution since that is a state law. They may have gone the route of New York City, though New York City did it publicly. New York City went one better. They decriminalized it. That means that they are not prosecuting any prostitution cases. Decriminalization is better. Legalization would lead to licensing and possibly record taking whenever one partook of such services. This is something that neither providers or consumers want to see happen.

Be careful with cell phones. They are basically little tracking devices that make you want to carry them around.
