As someone who is really only seeking a nice massage an a BJ, is that considered full service? I really don't want to fuck or DATY, or even really want the provider to remove their clothes, just a notch above a HJ.

A BJ is not full service. The term half service is not used commonly here or in ads, so you might drop that from your searches and posts. CBJ is a lot more common at Parlors. Some offer a body slide ending which is much better than a HJ.

Plan on paying the same price for CFS or BJ at a parlor. They don't often differentiate between the two.
