Just wondering- with the ad VIP has on Rub Ratings I would be hesitant to get too comfortable about lack of LE presence as the ad is as explicit as any AMP ad I've seen.

All the talk about VIP being in decline got me pondering if that is actually true or not. I pretty much see all the VIP ladies and from a purely looks point of view, they are all gorgeous. From a purely service point of view, they all basically do the exact same set of things, in particular, they all DFK and make out like nobody's business, which I think is fairly unique as AMP ladies go. Yet like many of you, I find each successive lady I see there having a harder time making me feel the same as some of the first few ladies I saw. So I wonder, is the quality of the experience just slowly going down, or has it just become so routine that it is hard to get back that sensational feeling of the first few ladies who did the VIP thing.

To answer that question, I decided I would circle back and try some 108 ladies in order to recalibrate my expectations. Eva was not available, so I hit up Rita instead. So at least now I am convinced that the VIP ladies broadly still have something special about them.

The first two on that list are simple special ladies, they are way different than any of the others, they are the anchors of this place. What makes them extra special is I feel like they genuinely care about me and whether I have a good time, regardless of who I see. I feel like their job is to show all the other ladies how to treat customers, and they are extremely good at it. The top 4 on the list have something special about them too above the other ladies, they make me genuinely feel like they want to spend time with me again, not because they want the money, but because they like me at least as a client. I can't begin to tell you what a difference this makes to the fantasy and the desire to return and repeat. The bottom 3 are all fantastic. I would just like to add, to the owners of VIP, if you read this board (and I believe they do), as a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find and retain quality employees. Lisa and Mina are the best I've seen in 20 years of mongering. I would suggest to you that you bring them back as soon as possible, and keep them working here as long as they want to work here. Trust me, they're good for your business and are the biggest reason for your success.
