They will likely get back to you and go from there. Note, when you text you are not really texting the lady, it's a scheduler.

I recall having the same issue the first time I tried to book online. Finally texted my request and answered a few questions via text to pass verification. Then I hit a second hurdle, which was that the person I wanted to see wouldn't see first-time customers. My backup didn't have that requirement and I've seen four of these lovely ladies since.
