Any place of nuisance as defined by Florida statute 823.05; (basically a place which conducts any illegal activity, I. E, illegal gambling, prostitution, etc.)".

I was supoenaed to testify at a hearing where a student claimed I didn't make him aware of this law in the class. It was an easy out for me because I have my slides from my class as well as a signed release from him on everything I covered.

I carry IWB a Kimber 1911 CDP 3. 5 in barrel, cocked and locked and chambered.

This guy was involved in an altercation with an escort in a hotel room. All parties were arrested. This guy was convicted on several charges including the ccw law and lost his ccw license as well as some ugly press coverage.

Like I said, not looking for debate, but only putting this information out there.

I left my gun in my car because I thought it was a safe environment being that someone I trust recommended her. Had I brought it in with me that would have turned into a blood bath. I would've shot my way out of there before he even opened the door and asked questions later. If he indeed did have a gun, things could've gone a completely different way and gotten super ugly.

I usually wear tactical 511 Shorts, they have large pockets adequate to carry midsize gun. I also keep my stuff close to their bed. If I have to use the bathroom I either take my shorts with me or leave the door open so I can watch. I leave my wallet in the car take adequate cash with me. Its a lot different if you seen the provider many times and know she's not a crook or a thief. When not involved with the ladies I carry my gun in a inside the waistband holster. P.S. Big dog. I forgot about that wallet holster and it happens to be for an amt 380 backup. Has a little hole for your trigger finger, don't even have to remove from wallet. I may go in the safe and dig the one out.

I carry a small. 380 that fits in a wallet holster. I discreetly slide the rig into my shoe and make sure I have access, if needed, and I never have needed it. The best thing to do is to exit any situation that seems risky. I realize common sense isn't always are friend but I have walked many times.

Yea I'm fully aware of what ccw is my friend. I've had one for 37 yrs. I have carried many weapons in many places, at times I've carried multiple weapons at the same time. , belly holster, shoulder holster, iwb, owb, ankle holster and occasionally back up weapon in crotch holster. . My question was how does he secure his weapon when butt assed naked.

I usually carry an 8 x10 of my mother in law with me. Then I show them the picture while he has the draw on me, and I say if you want this fucking women coming after you. I don't think so, LOL.
