A few comments I waned to add.

1) I find rainy nights are the best to get good service seems like the spots are slow those days I even got 4 hands at a spa where a great battle of the rev war was fought.

2) also I like to go 40 minutes before close great way to not get short changed usually so if you pull up and see Kit out front don't come in!

3) can't believe you guys had the stones to go back to a place that had been busted right at re-open. H2 o town.

4) any new info on Chi? I feel like the tales of her opening a new spot in methuen might be just that tales.

The owners of the Watertown Sq and Waverley places were / are in big legal trouble over their business.

Interesting, kind of strange Cherry Lane only got rolled into new ownership. Also strange how some of these FS places thrive untouched. Love to know how places wind up on LEO radar and othere slip under. You would figure they have way better resources than we do. Also the part of guys confessions makes you wonder too.

If you mean the one on "oxford" or "ox", that is oxford place, not oxford st. Took me a while to figure that out. Ox Place is more like an alley than a steet. The place in question is unmarked, and is back to back with the building that has two parlors on Harrison (including 40 H and the second floor hair salon). No walk-ins as many here have stated, need to call to get in.

I do not know now how many times over the years I have heard the question asked and no one ever really answers.

Loving the way you talk and address the rookie, if that is indeed a rookie and not some Parlor agent trying to lure us in to their business for inflated rates.

I always suspect them first as parlor agents. I've seen too many posts on here with similar patterns of post reviews and you'll most likely never see this I'd never post again or rarely does.

I've seen reviews of rookies post before, if they've been long time lurkers and first posters then they wouldn't be so foolish to go drop astronomical inflated prices and come back to post about it knowing what the community average rate is. That's why to me they are suspects.

But if they are indeed that dumb to begin with, I love you stepping up as a Vet monger and set him straight right away to not cause inflation and create problems for us when there is already a line for the standard price.

If more mongers think like this and do their part, we can all enjoy more bang for the buck and give them repeated business. 40 for HJ, 50-60 If they allow access to tities, let you suck, take off pants, massage or finger Kitty, 80-100 Full GFE experience naked, Cum finish or FS. These are the prices I'm running on with my regulars on a healthy rotation and nothing has changed. Not only do I give them repeated business but they even call / text me when they have new talents and debrief them to my liking. Doesn't matter if you're cute, he pays the same for every girl.

If you guys got on this practice, we wouldn't see so many reviews of disappointment of getting haggled with bad services or overprice tip and not having to go back to said place. One poor monger posted here that he paid 120 for a 69 where the girl told him not to touch anything, just let her do her thing and stay there like a corps. I couldn't believe it, please don't be that guy.

Do you guys remember Anan Spa, in Quincy, posted a review on it over the summer when I came across a horrid Granny and never set foot back again. Was driving by the area the other day and noticed they've changed now to "Viva Spa".

Wonder if they've changed and brought in new, Young, talent or is it the same old same old but different name. Anyone taking a dip? If so, please give us an honest review and now sugar coat it and lure us out to a bait and switch like their ads. We should be honest to each other in the monger community and not be like them with the fake ads.

If you went and they still have grannies dressed in pajamas oiling you up to pump you like a farm animal jackhammer finish, please let us know. If there's young talents to be had, let us know and what are they offering on the menu. If I go and I break a young talent, I'll tell it like it is, if the menu is fully avail for cheap. If there's grannies, especially in pajamas, I'm walking. Might give it a TOFTT if anyone hasn't checked yet.

I had misunderstood HDave on Main being for rent. Hadnt realized it was Watertown, I had thought it was 1060 in Waltham. Been going back and forth between 1060 and 2nd fl 32 South. My vote for the time being is. 1060. Among my biggest pluses based on my visits: no hassle no upfront payment demands no high prices no shortchanges on delivering promised services no occasional crappy attitude no challenge with getting them nekked no shortchange on time no masks. I would add no grand central station but it can get busy if you go at peak times. I do not recall 1060 being highlighted in posts lately. 2nd fl 32 South girls may run a bit younger but for me right now the lack of hassles at 1060 outweigh the benefits of the little bit younger girls at the other place. BTW, although Eastern continues to be popular, I tend not to go there (I parked in front of Eastern today when I went to Carls after visiting 1060 then).

What is the service level of 1060, was known mostly as a HJ place though unsubstantiated reports of more had been posted before the remodel. Been by a couple times since the remodel but road work and LEO along with no good intelligence if you can get them naked on the table had me venture elsewhere for better or worse.

First time at CL in W. M tonight. Parking was easier enough right outside.

I was welcomed by a pretty young spinner type called mimi. . 6 for the hour.

The massage was alright. She popped up on the table for a bit and was working pretty hard though not always especially skillfully. Not very talkative but neither was I in fairness.

Wanted the tip right upon the flip, which is never fun. I offered. 8 for HE and she countered with 1 for that nude to which I assented. She also offered oral but I declined.

She has a nice little body and allowed a little roaming but I didn't push my luck. There was a bit of through-the-door conversation with the other girl working there (lili) during the finish which was far from ideal. Think I was out of there after 45 ish minutes.

On the whole, not a bad experience I suppose but definitely nothing to write home about. She was definitely young and cute though FWIW since I know that's often the most important thing for some of you guys.
