HK is a good excuse to go to TJ for other things like vet care or dental work. With a sentri pass it isn't too bad but it's kind of a trek from LA.

I miss the days when my apartment was only $500 a month, cable was half of what it is now, a pair of Levi's was $15 and I could buy a brand new pick-up for under $20,000. The cost of living seems to be going up about 5% a year, so what was 200 10 years ago, is going to be at least 50% higher now.
