If your PHL reference is Lilly, then some of the LA K-orgs will reciprocate. Lilly has a coast to coast network, so try a few different orgs, until you find one that will clear you in. If you only have AMP references from PHL, then you might be out of luck, or go through the invasive screening steps.

Best path forward, is to expand your network, wherever you can. Several K-orgs are networked in, around the country. Build your references, and you have a much better chance of success, when you travel.

I mentioned Bookergray last week about the BS "comments" he has that are obviously fake. I didn't hear good things about him so I never booked.
