I have a VIP membership on TER and none of her recent 20 reviews indicates she offers BBFS. You're allowed to (and actually required sometimes) discuss all services that were and were not offered. So again, I'm inclined to say Dolly probably offered BBFS at some point before, but definitely not now as of late. Sorry for the triple post haha.

My experience with TER is that a review that mentions it will get pulled. It's ok to talk about it backchannel and in indirect terms on the discussion boards, but in reviews, it's usually frowned upon.

And I'll tell you that all of the times I've gotten BBFS from a girl and posted a review, I've Never mentioned it in the review and always say we used condoms. I know others do the same. So just because it says in a review that condoms were used does not mean it's true.

I've said this before, but an instance like this, maybe it's no longer something a provider wants (or needs) to do, or they see the client and after checking their junk out (and they do, if they're smart), if they see something they don't like, they'll grab a cover fast.

That being said, this one doesn't, it seems. If you get it, good. If not, oh well. But people do this thing where they'll basically put a provider on blast, which has happened numerous times here before and other places, provider gets wind of said thread or is actually the person telling people "she doesn't provide those services", someone gets butt hurt and tries to go scorched earth and then no one gets it and the provider feels slighted.

I do my research and if a provider who had posts of BBFS doesn't do it or does do it, and then someone says she didn't or numerous people say she doesn't, I consider myself lucky and move along.

There's some providers who I always here she never does x,why, z only to get those services and just because we hit it off. No haggling, begging, etc. Begging won't get you it, saying you'll give more won't get you it, have a good time and let things move naturally and see. Unless a chick is hinting you how much for BBFS, but then you know she's raw dogging a whole bunch of peeps, so it is what it is.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with this, Dolly does offer BBFS. I'm not saying she offers it to everyone and I certainly wouldn't ask her in a text or email beforehand, she's obviously going to say no in that setting because she's got a reputation as a top tier provider. She'll never admit that in a text or email, that's written proof.

What I will say is when I saw her condoms were never mentioned and I fucked her in all her holes bare. Now maybe things have changed but last year I was balls deep bareback and she loved it.

I quit literally think it's a YMMV kinda thing bc other top providers I've asked BBFS for over text have either said yes or no. The reasoning you wrote makes sense, but it's like I said, she doesn't offer BBFS anymore.

From my and others' experience in Miami, neither provided BBFS + CIP. But then Slinky said Dolly offered BBFS (is CIP included as well?

Has anyone in NYC gotten either to do BBFS + CIP, assuming Dolly actually did BBFS before 2021? My experience with both was during the months of October. December 2021, but I never met Dolly bc she firmly told me she didn't provide BBFS, even after showing sexual health reports + willing to pay more. And for two of my close-monger friends who saw her in Miami, the answer still didn't change.

One thing I don't get about Jewels Stars is she has the audacity to charge nearly 2,000 for 2 hours and doesn't do BBFS + CIP. I get it's her body, but still. I recall reading on this forum that she did do BBFS at one point so not sure what changed? Please feel free to correct me, as I am making a comprehensive list of BBFS providers in the Miami area. But at this time, neither Dolly nor Jewels offer BBFS + CIP in the Miami area. Not sure if things are different in NYC.

Then her policy certainly changed over the past year. I know at least two people who actually saw her and couldn't get her to BBFS either. Maybe it's a NY only thing? She's in Miami now.

While I did not know this prior to meeting with Jewels Star (and was left severely disappointed), I was not fooled again and made sure to ask Dolly Jewel prior to setting something up. I don't know if she offered it before, but it's not even up for discussion now (though I was willing to pay significantly more and showed her a copy of my recent sexual health tests). Both of these providers are in Miami now, but I thought I'd let everyone know. Jewels will be moving back to NYC in March according to her Twitter.
