My experience is that the time of day doesn't have any affect on who's available. In most places the same girls work the entire day and most often 7 days a week. The time of day can affect how busy the place is though. I've tried to ask the girls when it the best time to come but they say anytime is good but they just want to you there. I like mornings because it seems like they are less busy and they may not be so tired from a long day.
