Based on Kinky Jack's post, I wonder if this isn't the same setup. During the summer, it was Stephanie first, and then a second girl who posted the same poses on the same bed with the same language in the ad. I saw the second girl, I think her name was Rachel. Maybe Isabella is the current version of Rachel?

If there's interest, I would say go. The summer version of Stephanie / follow up girl did not last.
