AMPs are never going to tell you the truth. They will tell you anything to get you in the door and get the house fee.

Unfortunately I have learned the hard way to fully inform myself before I ever enter an AMP. Another trick I do is don't bring anything in with you and you always have to leave even if you like what you see. Just run back to the car and grab what you need?

I'll give a 2nd recommendation for LTLV. Most of Vegas runs the "apartment" business model, from what I have found. I have not really tried to dabble in the MP business model, because the apartment model is very available.

Beware for LTLV, that the "hood rat" booker may actually call during the booking process. Really a big breach in etiquette, my first time with them, IMHO. I don't want to talk to some ghetto rat, about references or prices, during the booking process.
