Not all Asians are the same. In my experiences, here and in San Diego, Thai women who give BJs have all gone for BBBJ. I've had a couple providers who, on the first visit, actually started with just a HJ; and then when I didn't pop within a couple of minutes, simply wiped off the oil / lotion and started sucking. These were also not the providers who are trying to charge $200 for it, or who try to charge $80+ for a HJ.

Agree I have gotten BBBJ many times at Chinese, Korean, and Thai spas. No rhyme or reason to when to expect it. There's a few in Manhattan where everything was bare and that was a little scary. I remember a spa in Lawrence, KS where every provider did BBBJ without me even asking. Sometimes after a HJ started, or after FS, or to start the tease. Also in Orlando at a couple of places that have closed they would do it automatically in the table shower. Same with some spas in Tampa that are still open. They are a little stingier in Mass (it does happen just got one this week) but looser in RI and CT. Sometimes it took repeat visits, sometimes first time. I view it as a bonus haha. Can't hurt to ask though right?

Only tip I can suggest (pun intended) is keep the area clean and groomed. I've had providers like that and tell me as much.

I think it's all available, with the right girls, but much depends on how you handle it. I've gotten it all from various girls, but they weren't known for doing it in general. For a BBBJ, you need to be firm, without being pushy. That you don't want a cover and that you refuse a covered BJ. More than 50% of the time, I've found the girls give in. With CIM, it is much tougher to get. The same with BBFSCIP, that there are ways to get it, although it will likely cost you a $200 tip. I know at least one girl at a Wakefield spa that I get it from. Another girl who provided it just got rotated out of another spa.

I have had good luck with Coco at this location, while it has been discouragingly a hassle with other providers there. HDave also right about Rachel upstairs. I get beyond great service for short money there, so visit when in a pinch, problem is, not getting a spring chicken.
