Your best bet would be NDS. 200 for 45 min or 240 for an hour are the regular rates, then 100 upcharge for the double. It is also available at King for the same rates, but there are usually only 2 girls working there so your odds of getting one there are somewhat lower. In theory, I suppose you could call ahead to try and reserve one, but I've never tried.
