I hit the ground running, now that I'm finally back on seeking. I got together with a 25 y/o in Athens a couple of days ago, and have a date with one from Nashville on Sunday and one in NC on Monday (planning on driving up there anyway). FWIW I use both a protonmail and a VPN, and I haven't had any issues with the site. But I also never talk $ or details other than standard pleasantries on the site. As soon as someone wants to talk about that stuff, or if I'm ready to talk about that, I immediately ask them if we can talk on text or snap, and any conversation regarding $, requests for pics / nudes or details on what they like sexually are done over text, never the site.

Good advice and that's basically what I finally had to do. I didn't think about making sure I renew the same way, but that is smart. I will go back over to McDonalds and do that in a few weeks.

That's a good question, but I only got kicked off there one time. The problem is that I was just never able to get back on. But not sure why I got kicked off. Someone could have reported me for something, or maybe I wasn't quite careful enough and said "PPM" or who knows. It was 3 years ago that I got kicked off, so I just don't know exactly what it was.

I'm betting the VPN is part of the problem. It's very trivial for them to tell if you are on a VPN and if you do some reading on VPN's, you may realize they aren't really giving you the security you think they are. A VPN is only going to come into play if LE is looking for you and most VPN's are just going to be an inconvenience for the feds. Your activity is still being tracked, but rather than your ISP, it's your VPN provider.

I would also add that you should avoid reporting girls. The one time I got my account suspended was after reporting several and I did some reading on their FAQ and they state that when you report someone they will also read your messages when investigating. Reporting will just bring more scrutiny on you so I stopped doing it even when they are blatantly breaking the TOS. I won't discuss money and never even hint at PPM on there. I keep things very general when communicating on the site and if someone won't move off the site to talk then cut your losses and move on.
