Definitely not a legal expert, but from what I've seen, police jump when a girl gets in the car. They can talk through the window, but they pounce when she gets in. They instantly separate the SW and the john for questioning. I've parked and watched this happen and it can take quite a while. The girl, if she feels pressure, will give you up, then they'll let her walk. Police can arrest or ticket, whether or not you formally get charged is another matter, but now you have to fight that off. It's just one big pain in the ass even if nothing ultimately happens to you.

In the race for City Attorney, one candidate is very much in favor of targeting johns on Aurora. I believe she'll be quite aggressive about it if she is elected. It's just an overall good idea to start practicing to be discreet.

Even if you are NOT charged or you beat the charges, the arrest will likely completely destroy your life. Especially if they run mug shots on local news.

I'll go out on a limb and say that there isn't really any good way to verify for absolute certain. An underage girl can easily do the math ahead of time and pick a year that instantly makes her 20 years-old. We can also ask for identification but if she has a fake identification card then that goes right out the window. My understanding is that in this state if an SW shows an identification card which is fake then we still can't use that legally in our defense. In the eyes of the law if she's underage then she's underage, no ands ifs or buts. So a girl can lie and apparently that's okay no matter if we tried to cover our bases. Basically we're screwed either way.

All true, just like if you picked her up in a 21 and over bar and she had a fake I'd to get in. You are still toast. Part of the reason I never pick up a SW any more. I may stroll and look at eye candy but that's it! A friend of mine in Dallas got into a HUGE amount of trouble around 2003 or so. He picked up a SW and while on the way to a motel he already had set aside he got stopped by the police. Of course during the course of the interview none of the stories matched up so he was sinking on the Titanic. To make matters worse, when uncle LEO was not looking she took a small baggie containing a white powder and put it in his armrest. When police searched his vehicle HE got taken down town for it. Took him two years to clean it up and close to $20,000 in attorney fees, but the damage had been done. Job lost, wife lost, kids would not speak to him (to this day) and he has never recovered financially or professionally.

Another good reason even when dealing with internet girls, only well reviewed, from well known clients. Even then there is always a risk.

Lot of girls out Monday night as I drove through. Several of them all bunched-up together in a large group at 137th. I dislike it when they're all grouped like that and want to make a pick-up, so I continued on. I know a lot of street girls out there read this board, if that's you then stop bunching-up in a group like that. My money is burning a hole in my pocket, you could be the recipient, but not if you're standing a large group. But there were so many girls that I started to look into the group and see if anyone appealed to me. Then I looked forward and realized that traffic had stopped. I slammed on the brakes and nearly hit the car in front of me. Really embarrassing. I spotted some nice spinner blonde WSWs by Kidd Valley, three to be exact, but too much traffic and some pedestrians for me to feel comfortable enough to stop. Plus, I'm almost certain these girls were high-dollar with very low-value return on my investment. With that I said "fuck it" out loud to myself and went home.

However, that was not to be, not one girl out. Zero, zilch. All of the remaining SWs from Los Angeles and Las Vegas must have icicles hang from their labia right now.

I see that the Everspring is open for business again. Wonder if we'll see a return of the local girls or if the pimps will move their LA girls into the motel. That could be interesting if that happens, more girls on the south part of the stroll. I guess we'll see.

If so, I picked her up from Lowes stroll several weeks back, going by the street name of Angel. She's Filipino but could be easily mistaken for Latina, pics are accurate. Friendly, no signs of habits that I saw. One benji for a QV at her room, all safety and no kissing but good attitude goes a long way with me, so overall a thumbs up for me. Decent option for you asian lovers out there. Haven't repeated yet, but would with no qualms.

Same for the guy who pulled-up around me to try and also intercept her, she gave him a look but kept moving. I watched him quickly move up the block to try again and she finally got in. No window-talking, just went right for his passenger door. Not sure why she didn't bite with anyone else, but I could see she probably wasn't going to offer what I sought and definitely not at a decent price if she did. Again, I got the feeling she was the typical high-dollar / low-value girl I've come to expect on Aurora these days. I guess that made me not want to try too hard..

I'm not sure if anyone knows who most of these girls are out there these days. My experience is that SWs won't give a name nor a phone number if we can't agree to terms for a date. I don't know why that is. Further, actual date reports are way down in this forum in the past year. I know that guys are dating these girls, but who? Most of the time when I watch them they never get picked-up, lots of attention, but guys usually end-up driving away.
