Actually there was the Ultimate Life Church in the late 80's and early 90's. It was one weird operation. But you could get a cute young girl (your 'minister') to give you a topless (or sometimes nude) HJ for $60. Sometimes additional services were on the table (literally) as well. I agree I still only pay $40 more for a total of $100 for HE and for parlor I only pay max $60 house and $100 tip for FS. People keep paying more and driving parlors up to $200 and some locations higher. IIf people would stick with just $160 then it would drive the rate back down. AAMP is different.

My experience is that some AMPs try to up sell, but some do not. In fact, for the AMPs I have visited, the ones which do not up sell are way more than the ones that do. And I never pay more than a $40 tip for a HJ / HE. A few women have tried to get more, but I stand my ground, and it works for me.

FBSM similar to the old temple visits is all that is offered. Done correctly it can lead up to you cumin all over just not inside of her.

They'll want 200, minimum. They can take 120 or I walk. That's just me. Hope this helps.
