If you paid to get out of quarantine you were given 30 days of mailing privileges. After 30 days you have to buy more with FX points. You have to buy FX points. Purchase of FX points can give you x number of days mail privileges.

Some profiles will post a number in their profile. These are usually the ones complaining in the safety clubs they got ripped of by someone posing as a HX member.
