That ticket is just to appear, it alleges violation of PC 647 (b) (2).

It's the burden of proof on the state / county to see that you committed said misdemeanor.

Hopefully either party did not confess to anything nor said anything that alluded to payment or being paid for sex. And it was a mutual / consenting. It just happened to have more than the rub.

I'm not an attorney, you guys should consult one.

Sorry guys for this but just saying what I read. I did some research on cops doing license check for AMP and they use this excuse to get in and setup hidden cameras. Because everything is behind close doors, they can setup cameras to find probable cause just to get a warrant to raid the place during a busy streak! If you guys know the owners or the MMS might want to give them a head up to check each room for cameras or just try not to go for a while. They only do these operation for a couple of weeks. If they can't find anything, they move on.
