This is interesting. A car taken at gunpoint Monday 10 PM at "North Main Street and East Fairview. " It means at Dollar General or a road nearby. It is right in the middle of our hobby hot zone. Franklin approves new massage therapy law after sex arrests. Businesses that offer massage services in Franklin will have to obtain a permit and verify that only licensed massage therapists are performing legitimate services starting July 20. City officials became aware of an unlicensed massage business operating in the city and complaints were lodged with police, who eventually arrested two women this month on suspicion of solicitation, in the 1100 block of South Main Street.

Actually the city just beat the state to the punch. Ohio House passed a law in June 2021 making all massage illegal unless licensed by the state as a massage therapist. The bill is currently sitting in a Ohio Senate committee since February 2022. And yes they claim it is an attempt to further curtail the human trafficking problem in Ohio.

The measure, House Bill 81, closes a loophole in Ohio law that permits non-licensed individuals to perform massage, as long as they do not specifically call it "massage therapy" or advertise their practices as "medical" or "therapeutic massage. ".

Seems easy enough to get around. Just be careful with the wording.

These bozos are so clueless to what actual trafficking is. The girls at these parlors might stay 3 deep. In a 1 room hotel or apartment for a month at a time before they go back to flushing Chicago Ca. Etc. But they're in no way trafficked.

Just saw this. This really saddens me because I tried to help her clean up her life for her little boy. She cared a picture of him with her. I thought she was moving back to Alabama. Hate to hear news like this.

That poor girl. I remember seeing her last year and I thought I recognized this hoodrat p. O. s. Leaving as I was picking her up. He gave me his hard look, like I'm supposed to be intimidated. I wish he would have went for it then, so I could have took out my 45 and blew his worthless brains all over the sidewalk. Maybe she would be here today.
